Meeting for Clinician Scientists in Training

Following on from the great success of the nine meetings held since 2002, the MRS, the Academy and the Royal College are to hold another of these meetings on Wednesday 23rd February 2011. Once again the meeting will be attended by Officers and Committee members of the MRS, the Academy of Medical Sciences, and the Royal College of Physicians, London, together with senior officers of the major funding agencies and other interested parties. The timetable will include keynote speakers, interactive poster sessions for junior training fellows and the finals of the highly prestigious annual Young Investigator Award. Prizes will also be given for the best abstracts in various categories and for the best work in each of the major clinical specialities.

Generous financial support for the meeting means that attendance at the meeting, including all refreshments, will be free and support for travel expenses is also available for those submitting abstracts.
