Making a Submission for the
2011 Clinician Scientists in Training Meeting

Submissions for the meeting:

• closing date:    Friday October 8th 2010, 5:00pm

Abstract submission is by electronic means ONLY. Paper submissions will NOT be accepted.

Please note: All communications between the MRS and submitting authors regarding abstract / Young Investigator submissions will be undertaken by email. This website will be also updated with relevant information regarding the meeting (programme, details of accepted abstracts etc) nearer the time as details are confirmed. It is therefore ESSENTIAL that authors provide a valid email address when making an abstract submission. In addition, authors should notify the Academic Secretary (via the 'Contact Us' page) of any changes in their correspondence email address that may arise between submitting an abstract and receiving final notification of acceptance / rejection of the abstract. The MRS will not be held responsible for problems that may arise as a consequence of communication failure between the Society and submitting authors where issues arise due to problems (including, but not limited to):

• failure of the author to provide a valid email address to the MRS
• bounced MRS emails due to the author's email mailbox exceeding locally imposed quota limits
• automatic deletion of MRS emails due to being treated as 'spam' at the receiving account

The final decision regarding acceptance / rejection of any individual piece of work for presentation at the meeting rests solely with the MRS organising committee.
