Apply for Membership of the Medical Research Society

Currently there are two main categories of MRS membership - 'Ordinary' and 'Training Fellowship'.

If you are a junior doctor or a junior scientist then you may apply for either 'Ordinary' membership (£25 per year) or "Training Fellowship" membership (£5 per year) - the only difference being that you receive electronic access to the journal Clinical Science with 'Ordinary' membership. If you are a Consultant, Senior Lecturer or Senior Scientist then you may only apply for 'Ordinary' membership.

To apply, please use the 'Application form' option (see menu left). When applying for membership you will be asked to provide:

• Your name, address and email contact details
• Category of membership for which you are applying (Ordinary or Training Fellowship)
• A short curriculum vitae (maximum length 4 pages) as a separate file
